Stayed a couple night for holiday during weekend. Booked via Agoda and check in process done by the friendly staff when smooth. Room are value for money worth to what we spend. Clean, cosy and good amenities. Midnight meal available via room service. Location are main reason we choose this hotel. Its strategically located centre to most shopping mall. Just go with Grab to travel elsewhere and its cost around IDR20k in average Good place & comfortable for family relaxing... Enjoy area surrounding hotel with our wants & needed,, like: shopping market - mall - food market - small business enterprises - jogging area & other services..

The hotel was clean, and its strategic location close to various shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions made it even better. It was a short walk to my favorite mall Ciwalk and the famous "Iga Bakar Si Jangkung." The hotel had comprehensive facilities, and free parking of course.

The room as expected to be 4 star hotel with no window, but it doesn't feel stuffy because the layout was in the place. The bathroom was clean. The bed is nice and comfy. They got usb port in the socket wall. It's worth the money value hotel.

I love the building and location, but honestly, I found it is very difficult to use the room service for food, and it took very long to just order nasi goreng. But overall, I love to stay in favehotel premier Cihampelas, I love the staffs, they are very nice, kind, and helpful
